We are a design driven homebuilding firm. Our practice is based on the premise that solid structure and attention to detailing are key to making homes that endure. As society becomes more and more Green in its outlook, this philosophy is proving to be more and more true to the times. Now in our 30th year, we have re-dedicated ourselves to creating the finest possible HomeBuilding Experience for our clients, our suppliers, and our staff. 2008 is a fantastic year to build a new home, whether on one of our premium Riverbend lots, or on your own acreage or infill location. We've enhanced all aspects of our building specification so that a Perry Built home comes truly complete and luxurious, right at the base price level, making ordering a home, very simple and easy.
